At EchoBabyHaven, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned:
• Pacifiers / Teethers
• Bottles & feeding accessories
• Toys designed for oral use
• Personal care or bath products
• Clearance / Final sale items
• Digital products
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We’ll happily replace or refund the item.
Refunds
• Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method
• Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear depending on your bank
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not available at this time.
Please return the item and place a new order.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect
